It's incredible the difference a mere 24 hours can make. it is official. i am 21. how legitmate and adult-like do i feel? frankly, i do not feel any different right now. othing altering or even unsettling. i actually just kind of wanted a quiet birthday and maybe a few phone calls. if anything, i don't think i really like my birthday becauese it simply remains a testament to how few friends i really have here.

anyway, i'd like to thank those people who celebrated the birthday yesterday. hope you guys had fun. it was pretty last minute thing. and thanks for the gifts. i know that it's always a pain in the tush to get someone a present.
