i had to stay back at the office until 11pm for two days in a row now (prolly tomorrow too). yeah, tough life. they are rushing for project deadline and i need to help out as much as i can to finish it up as soon as possible. it sort of reminds me of the school projects which were always last-minute and everyone would not sleep on the day before the presentation day. good old days.

i'm actually enjoying work these past two days. possibly because my project leader is on business trip. or it could be because i contributed some works to the project. either way, with me, i always need a certain mood before really railing on some programming codes. and unfortunately, the mood always comes after 7 or 8 pm. my brain somehow doesn't work in the morning. ah well. i miss those days of doing nothing.

certainty – what a word to go by in a world of uncertainty. i've imagined before a wishful place of happiness and solitude but the older i become the less likely this seems to be true. because of this uncertainty in our lives there is never a chance to explore love, adventure, friends and life without the most hesitant attitude possible. of course, we can say that we are adventurous or fun-loving but deep inside many of us worry just what might happen in the next five minutes.
